I’m Lily Herron, a licensed esthetician based in Fortville, Indiana. I became licensed in June 2024 and have loved every moment of helping clients look and feel their best ever since. I specialize in corrective facials and full-body waxing, with a focus on creating a comfortable and safe space for everyone who visits. My goal is to ensure that every client leaves my treatment room feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. My studio is located in downtown Fortville, a charming small town full of local businesses and friendly faces. You’ll find me upstairs in Suite 204, please note that access is by stairs. I can’t wait to welcome you into my space and help you achieve your skin goals! Facial FAQ’S Are your facials relaxing? My treatments are results focused with minimal relaxation. What skin concerns do you treat? Acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, and barrier repair. How many treatments will I need? It depends on your skin goals and consistency. Will I purge after a facial? Some acne clients may experience temporary purging. Can I wear makeup after? It’s best to wait 24 hours if possible. How should I prep for my appointment? Arrive with clean skin and avoid exfoliating beforehand. Do you offer extractions? Yes, when needed and safe for your skin. How often should I get a facial? Usually every 4–6 weeks for best results. I offer bi weekly for acne correction. Procell Microchanneling FAQ’S What is Procell mircochanneling? Microchanneling is a noninvasive procedure designed to stimulate your body’s own natural ability to generate collagen, elastin, and other building blocks of healthy skin. By stimulating the outermost layers of the skin, microchanneling can help your body start this process without penetrating into living tissue. What skin conditions will this help with? Microchanneling treatments can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, stretch marks, and rosacea. Does it hurt? With minimal physical discomfort, most clients are able to do the procedure without numbing cream and without any noticeable pain. There is no lingering discomfort, and we have a number of strategies we employ to minimize discomfort during treatment. Post-procedure, most people report a “tight” feeling in their skin. How long before I see results? Though neocollagenesis (the production of new collagen) can take several weeks, it is not abnormal to notice an improvement in the quality and appearance of your skin within the first 24 hours. After 2-3 treatments a thicker more robust, collagen filled cellular matrix will produce more consistent and noticeable improvement. And 6 or more treatments may be recommended for scarring, laxity and wrinkles. What is the difference between Microchanneling & microneedling? Microchanneling is a linear stamping method that creates uniformly distributed channels without causing skin tearing or dragging, leading to reduced discomfort. The treatment is quicker due to wider tips covering more surface area. Additionally, microchanneling typically involves minimal downtime. In contrast, microneedling creates irregular and angled channels, making it a more abrasive procedure with downtime lasting between 5 to 7 days. Body waxing FAQ’S Does waxing hurt? A little, but it gets easier over time. How long does it last? About 3–4 weeks. How long should hair be? About ¼ inch long. Can I shave between waxes? No, for best results. How do I prevent ingrowns? Exfoliate + moisturize regularly. What should I avoid after waxing? Heat, sweating, and tanning for 24 hrs. Will hair grow back thicker? No. How often should I wax? Every 4–6 weeks. Brow services FAQ’s How long does a brow lamination last? With the correct technique and aftercare, the results can last for up to eight weeks. Why have my eyebrow hairs become curly/wavy? There are a few different reasons as to why the hairs will curl/wave: The hairs are under-processed and they kink and lift at the root as opposed to lying flat to the skin. The hairs are over-processed as the disulphide bonds have not reconnected well and the hairs have kinked as a result. There are hairs not laying flat? These are hairs that are in their Anagen stage and are too short to have the ability to lay flat, and this is normal. When can a lamination be repeated? Depending on the hair type, 8-12 weeks is a good time frame between appointments. What is a hybrid liquid stain? This product is a game changer for brow colouring, providing aunique alternative to traditional tint and henna. Brow Stain offers the same long-lasting colour as henna, but with the added convenience of being able to apply and process in the same timeframe as tint, making it cost-effective for salon use. Brow Stain also has the added benefit of being usable on both brows and lashes. Stain surpasses tint as it can penetrate deeper into the hair's cortex, resulting in a permanent change in hair colour. However, the main unique characteristic is that the colour can last up to 7-10 days on the skin. Hybrid stain VS Tint Regular tint does not contain henna which is why the colour will not stain the skin, providing a much more natural and subtle result. Regular tint doesn ’t penetrate as deep into the cortex, whereas Hybrid Stain does, resulting in longer-lasting results. Brow gel tint Featuring a henna-free formula, the dye delivers long-lasting results, up to 4–6 weeks in the hair while leaving a skin stain for up to 10 days. The. shades are easy to mix, making the system ideal for both quick applications and advanced colour customisation.
